Juárez, Cuauhtemoc, Zip Code 06660, Mexico City, with the purpose of providing you the service requested, know your needs of products or services and to be able to provide you those more fit to your preferences; let you know promotions, process claims, and, if such is the case, use them for purposes compatible with this Privacy Notice and that are analogous for legal effects. If the acceptance of any product or service offered by Alsea is formalized with you, you Information will be used to comply with the obligations deriving from such legal relationship.
The Information may be transferred to subsidiaries, affiliates and holding companies of Alsea, within the country or abroad without any commercial, or unlawful purpose, but only for complying with the purposes mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

When you are entitled to exercise you ARCO rights? In terms of the LFPDPP, as from January 6, 2012, you may start the process for the protection of ARCO rights before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Proteccion of Personal Information (Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales) (IFAI: for its acronym in Spanish) within 15 days as from the date Alsea answer your request, or, once the term provided for in the law elapses without Alsea providing an answer.
