Pei Wei Asian Diner is the leading brand in the Asian Food segment in the Fast Casual Food Category, and was created in 2000 by P.F. The concept offers an Asian menu that is defined by the highest-quality, fresh ingredients inspired by five regions in Asia: China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. Alsea has one Pei Wei establishment in Mexico City, which is the first unit outside of the United States.
